About Our Founder

With more than 20 years of human resources experience, including over a decade in executive leadership roles, Angie Walker is a strategic people executive known for helping organizations scale through transformational growth, operational excellence, and modern people strategy. She has led enterprise HR functions across private equity-backed, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations ranging from 500 to more than 7,500 employees in complex, multi-site, multi-brand, and geographically dispersed environments.
Angie brings expertise in organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, talent strategy, total rewards, leadership development, and HR operations modernization (most recently focusing on AI in HR). Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with the C-suite to build scalable people strategies that strengthen organizational performance, support rapid growth, and enhance long-term enterprise value.
Her leadership experience spans talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, HRIS, compliance, organizational development, and workforce planning. She is particularly recognized for navigating complex integrations, optimizing workforce infrastructure, and implementing scalable HR solutions that enhance both employee experience and organizational performance. She is passionate about building practical, people-centered organizations where leaders and teams can thrive during periods of growth and change.
Angie holds an MBA in Human Resources from Northcentral University and a bachelor’s degree in Management from University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. She also maintains professional certifications in HR (HRCI/SHRM-CP), compensation (CCP), and change management (Prosci) and is a certified trainer in Crucial Conversations (Vital Smarts).
Outside of her professional life, Angie is a proud mom of two teenagers and an active supporter of her children’s academic and athletic pursuits. She enjoys hiking, exploring the outdoors, quality time at beautiful beaches, traveling, and experiencing new restaurants and local food culture. Additionally, she values experiences that bring people together, encourage connection, and create opportunities for growth both personally and professionally.
